permission from our clients

- We maximize the use of each VertiSync and client resource - while respecting and not overloading or abusing those resources
- We always think of ourselves as members of a team
- We respect the capabilities and internal relationships of individuals at our clients, and provide evaluation of their performance and skills only with extreme discretion at the request of the most senior client contact
- We tightly control and manage our expenses - we treat our clients' money as if it were our own
