When evaluating potential opportunities at a client, we take a bottom-up, top-down approach, working both with top management to solidify their vision and strategy and with front-line employees to gain first-hand knowledge of processes, problems, and potential solutions.  Anecdotal issues raised during a thorough interview process are validated through rigorous data analysis to develop a set of high-impact opportunities which will translate into bottom-line results.

  • Client workshops/interviews are conducted along with supplier, trade, and end consumer interviews where appropriate to gain broad perspective on potential of opportunities.

  • Financial, operational, and service data from multiple sources is analyzed and condensed into a single, fact-based overview of current performance

  • Top-level operational improvement opportunities are identified and prioritized based on current product/service, cost, and time elements relative to competitive world-class benchmarks and internal best practices.
