From the hypotheses developed during the diagnostic, we work with client leaders of change at all levels of the organization to pilot programs at test sites and gain models for success. We provide needed support/resources while testing improvements, always working hand-in-hand with client counterparts, whether on the production floor, at the service desk, or in an office.

The goal of the pilot it to test out data-based hypotheses in real-world situations, modifying the solution as necessary.  Working side-by-side with client team members ensures that the ownership of the solution is firmly grounded with the people that will be executing on day-to-day basis.
